1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InferenceSaver ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the operators of InferenceSaver governing your access to and use of the InferenceSaver API proxy platform, website, and related services.

2. Description of Service

InferenceSaver provides API proxy access to large language models (LLMs) and other AI models. The Service allows you to:

• Access AI models through a unified API endpoint
• Manage API keys, credits, and usage tracking
• Purchase and manage API credits
• Access referral and affiliate programs

We act as an intermediary proxy layer. We do not develop or own the underlying AI models accessed through the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Keys and Security

• API keys are issued to your account and are non-transferable
• You must keep your API keys confidential and secure
• You are responsible for all usage under your API keys
• We may revoke API keys that are compromised or misused
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your API keys to third parties

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on API usage, including token counts, model pricing, and request complexity.

• Credits are purchased through the Service
• Credit balances and pricing are displayed in your dashboard
• Credit usage is tracked and reported in real-time
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

5.3 Pricing

Pricing for credits and services is published on the Service and may be updated from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract model weights
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent usage tracking or billing mechanisms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Third-party model provider outages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by InferenceSaver and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFERENCESAVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InferenceSaver and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Any outstanding credit balances may be forfeited
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
